two people in the world you love most

From the time I was very young I have been convinced that love was not quantifiable. I either love or do not love. That being true, there is no acceptable rationale whereby I could "pick two".

You must lead a very lonely life...

I couldn't pick two. I can tell you the number one is my twin brother, and the rest of my immediate family (mum, dad and sister) come in a close second.
