Have not found an adequate answer to this issue yet and hopefully someone can answer me.

See attached pictures.

Will this configuration disturbe the other network card?
For instance as described here?

That was what I was afraid of. Damn.

So if I use 10.129.192.13 (255.255.192.0)on the second picture it will all be ok?
 
Pay attention to the Host Address Range. That will tell you if it overlaps. Why did you change the mask from /24 to /18 on the second one?
