Two new 20" TFTs - Lacie 321 and Formac Gallery Xtreme

Apparently LaCie 321 is basically NEC LCD2180UX with a bit different internal LUT table.

As for Formac Gallery Xtreme, it's apparently Formac Gallery Raven Black in Europe.

Based on the one review I read, it's still not optimal for gaming, although the contrast and brightness are really good.

Hmm, the Formac still looks like the old Apple monitor, except its black with gray/smoked plastic instead of white with clear plastic. Nice specs, and the price isn't too bad either (not exceptional but about par for the course).

When you click on buy it you can get warranty extension (from 1 to 3 years) for $99. Thats not too bad. There's also a zero-dead pixel thing you can buy, but its totally a rip-off. They guarantee it won't have any dead pixels when it leaves them, but it doesn't guarantee there won't be any when you get the monitor. Why pay $99 for something like that?
