In another thread there was talk about the padding being skimpy and flattening too readily. At this price I guess one shouldn't complain...

retarded... it says "in stock", but when i register it says "out of stock" for my zip code. My friend in davis, CA says it shows 1 in stock for his area.

edit, btw is this real leather? considerintg there is a "genuine leather" chair by the same company w/ the same design/shape/size for $70.

Received my two today.

First impressions is . . . . . they smell good (you know, that new car leather smell)

Second impressions, having had a hard consulting day and (other than 20 mins assembling them) having spent 8 hours with my arse firmly esconced on one of them is:

(A) The seat squab (the bit under my bum) is a bit short - it doesn't really support the legs very well. I am 6' 3" though, so there is a good chance anyone less "hypervertically challenged" would be OK.
(B) The seat back is a bit low - a slightly higher headrest would be good for those reclined moments
(C) Lumbar support - excellent.
(D) Recline spring is a bit stiff, even on its most relaxed setting - but I think it will relax some with use.

For approx $30 (CA tax :() each they are really good value IMO. Thanks for the deal.
