Two different bitrates?

I just finished converting some new music from flac to Apple Lossless and I noticed a discrepancy between what iTunes was telling me the bitrate was vs Dbpoweramp. The first image shows dbpoweramp stating that the Apple lossless file is at 1411kpbs but that same file in itunes founds in picture two states that its only 586kpbs. I also noticed that after going through all my other apple lossless files dbpoweramp states that they all are 1411kpbs. Which one is right?

1411kbps would give a file over 133MB for a 13 minute song. 586kbps gives ~56MB. So it's dBpoweramp that's messing up.
[(1,411kbps/8)*13min*60sec/min]/1,028
vs
[(586kbps/8)*13min*60sec/min]/1,028
