Right there is grounds for impeachment.

He should go back to flipping distressed real estate in Manhattan. It's the one thing he seemed to have a talent for. But then, his ghost writer disavows "The Art of the Deal," says it was disingenuous.

I just heard on the news that he's coming to my neighborhood tomorrow.

I feel sick.
You might want to put something on a placard and protest the guy. I can't think of a better reaction, beats feeling sick.

Know who is the enemy of the people? A press secretary who goes to the podium lies and tells people Trump won a majority of the vote. Que Suckabee Sanders, yesterday.
That woman is loathsome.

The 2 bit dictator Barack?

https://www.newsweek.com/when-obama-went-war-fox-news-632424

"Attacking the news media is a time-honored White House tactic,” says media critic Brian Stelter, but “to an unusual degree,” this administration has “narrowed its sights to one specific organization,” which it has deemed “part of the political opposition.”

Stelter quotes a top White House staffer: “We’re going to treat them the way we would treat an opponent,” she says. “We don’t need to pretend that this is the way that legitimate news organizations behave.”

Stelter didn’t write those words about President Donald Trump, and the rogue media organization isn’t Stelter’s current employer, CNN. Nor is the White House aide defending the strategy of open hostility from Sarah Huckabee Sanders or Kellyanne Conway.

Stelter wrote those words in 2009, for The New York Times, and he wrote them about President Barack Obama, who was then in the midst of furious battle with Fox News. In many ways, it was a protracted fight that presaged the one Trump is now waging against CNN and the rest of the mainstream media."

Ohhh that's right, as long it was Barack Obutthole attacking Fox news it's perfectly OK.

The straws...they are so hard to grasp...someone please help taj grasp them, he is drowning in false equivalencies the poor man. Perhaps he can build a raft.

You mean you think they're "fake news" ? Guess what? In this country you get to say it. Unless of course it disagrees with the left's talking points, in which case it's evil and forbidden.
So, do you actually believe that saying something that libruuuuuuls don't agree with is forbidden?

You do realize that there's an entire fucking news channel owned and operated to make right-wing authoritarians believe that their beliefs are not just tolerable, but the correct beliefs to have if you're a good American, right?

So, go ahead and square that round peg, collaborator.

This is a prime example of what he is talking about. He never said all media is enemy of the people. Yet here you are trying to claim it. He clearly said the fake news is. And he's right. There have been plenty of news that has been outright false. Untrue, fake, misleading, etc It's not just CNN, Fox News, NBC, it's been about every single outlet. There are many examples of this.

If you don't think that lying, and misleading news is not good for Americans, then that's on you. I do. Most sane people would I imagine. Trump says and does almost countless things to be upset about, and to call him out on. No reason to make shit up. Plenty of real issues to be concerned about. You and others parroting fake news, which is exactly what you're doing, does nothing but give his supporters ammo for argument.

Interesting spin.....wrong, but interesting.

When someone says "The Fake News Media, the true Enemy of the People, must stop the open & obvious hostility & report the news accurately & fairly", what exactly do you think is being said?

To a rational person, the above is not railing against incorrect news itself, but against the news organizations that Trump believes are hostile. That's exactly what that says. It wasn't commentary about "X" piece of perceived incorrect reporting or "Y" piece of perceived incorrect reporting, but that news media is the enemy of the people, plain and simple.

But apologize and spin it any way you want.

BTW......got links to all the lies Fox,CNN, et al have been reporting?

FYI, fake news does not mean news that is critical of Trump. I think some people are missing that...

The vast, vast majority of fake news is generated by Trump himself. Deal with it.

The trouble is that he calls every news outlet he doesn't like "fake news". Obviously fake news is bad, but there's very little evidence there's much of that out there from mainstream sources. The New York Times, Washington Post, ABC, etc., are not pumping out false stories about him, yet he calls them fake news all the time.

Right after a Trump inspired nutbar sends bombs to CNN, Trump doubles & triples down on vilification of CNN. It's stochastic terrorism against CNN. Trump condemning the bomber doesn't change that one bit. He'll condemn them all even as he knowingly sends them off the edge of sanity.

I am buying an American Flag pin. Every time I go out I will wear it upside down until after midterms and perhaps beyond.

Interesting you turned my response into an I love Trump thing.

I dunno man. I guess everything is related to Trump if you look hard enough?
OK, fair enough, but the scare-mongering, hate mongering have been going on for quite some time now. Here's a clip of Laura Ingram, (and others), spewing off about 15 different "diseases" the caravan will bring along,

The president lies daily. Just read his twitter posts at any random time and you can see many lies.

Are you saying all of his supporters are insane?

You'll notice I rarely call today's progressives/socialists or leftists "liberals", That's because i'm from a time where "liberals" actually were liberal, and believed in free speech, questioning authority and economic freedom. Not the authoritarian Trotskyites that populate the left now.

Try again.

Oh but did you miss the part where the Trump Administration paid that same guest with taxpayer dollars to spread lies about Soros?

Link?

And if that were true, so? Has nothing to do with the counterpoint to the post I responded to.

Empty invective, huh? Trump's assault on the MSM as the enemy of the people is a much greater threat to free speech than campus demonstrators ever will be. Your false equivalency is duly noted, however.
