Get some bait, walk out onto any pier at the beach , put bait on rail, and swing a rock. You are guaranteed to hit at least 2 seagulls, probably 3 or more.

there are a couple methods:

put a red flashing light on stone or use translucent stone.

eventually you'll kill two birds with one stone.

It's like in Robocop 2 (or maybe it was 3) where he ricocheted the bullet off the metal door and into the guy's skull. You need to be Robocop to get 2 birds via the targeting computer/metal door ricochet method.

first, you have one bird poop on the stone, then have the other eat the first birds poop of the stone, then have it vomit back on the stone, then...
