Two ATI Video card problem

I'm running an AIW 9600 with no problems. I added a Radeon 7000 PCI card to power a small monitor......using the extended desktop feature in XP pro. Well both monitors work ok but....I lose the TV tuner/capture ability of the AGP AIW.

When I disable the PCI card the TV tuner starts working again. I have tried every software version from ATI back to version 4.6. Same result.

Any ideas? Anybody think a different brand PCI card would fix my problem nere?
