This is no lie. Go to Office Max B&M and they have a spindle of Prime Peripherals cdr's. pick two of em up and make sure they go the rebate stick. you end up payin $10 for both spindles after the mir!!!

If you're going to post a deal involving a rebate it's considered a courtesy to point that out in the the Thread Title.

For those who don't get the OM circular w/their Sunday paper:
product 02236930 Prime Peripheral 80 min / 700 mb 50 pack spindle (pic does not show a speed) reg. 19.99 now on sale for $14.99 before $10 MIR. Circular clearly states "Limit 1 Rebate".

They also have a 10 pack (02238037) of 12x 80 min / 700 mb for $6.99 before a $7 MIR. Again, limit 1 rebate.

unfortunately, prime doesn't send rebate.
i bought some cdr's 8 months ago hoping they will send $12 rebate to cut the cost to $6.
guess what, i never got my money.
called them...no use since there is no one there.
online rebate check...no use as well, since they are just providing tracking service for those kinda of "rebate".
they suck.

Prime Peripherals uses a rebate fulfilment center variously located in New Rochelle or Yonkers New York. The phone number is 800 390-2344 for both addresses and they NEVER pay any rebate. It took me quite a while to confirm this beyond all doubt -- but believe me, they do not pay any rebate. In a couple of cases I stuck with it for so long that CompUSA in one case and Best Buy in another paid the rebates just to get me out of their hair. I watch for the phone number and do not buy anything from anyone with a rebate having the phone number 800 390-2344. BEWARE
