I agree. I love dogs but I see this video as nothing more than a poor country's method of animal control. Here in America we have dog pounds that euthanize millions of dogs each year. In Bosnia maybe those resources are not available.

If you've ever been to a third world country, you'd know that if we didn't kill millions of dogs each year there would be packs of them all over the place roaming the streets and harassing people. You'd hear barking all night.

Dude I've shot my own dog before. Killed him dead .45 ACP between the eyes. The difference is pleasure she took, and most likely senseless, and suffering that ensued.

Another thing is my dogs life was in peril at the time. These dogs were happy in a bucket. I still feel like shit about years later it but had no choice it was best decision. She was gleeful as all get out. That's a fucken psycho man. And if I were witness to it I would have rid her from gene pool.

Incidentally I was in TX with my kids swimming below a bridge. And these two yahoo teenagers and start shooting TX scissor tail from under bridge in their nests, for fun. this is highly illegal but that didn't bother me so much as senseless killing. I walked up to them took their .22 away and their dad starting giving me shit so I spit in his face to get ball rolling. Cops came all three did over a year.

The world is a cruel place. Even though this is unusually cruel there are worse things that go on in the world. Such as late term abortions or the customs in China of drowning female babies. Not to mention the atrocities of war.

Sad. :(

Do a Google search for "Bosnia stray animals", or something similar. It's a big problem over there, and apparently, disposing of newborns via drowning (some mentioning of poisoning as well, which I find much more cruel) seems to be fairly commonplace.

If this happened in America, we could have questioned why they didn't just bring them to the Humane Society, or put up an add on Craigslist, or try to pursue some other means to get rid of these puppies. I'm pretty sure there is no Humane Society equivalent in Bosnia, and with the stray problem to begin with, there aren't droves of sympathetic puppy lovers all over eagerly wanting to take up random strays. It's a totally different situation over there.

I also didn't find that the girl seemed to be having a grand ol' time doing what she was doing. She kinda seemed unaffected mostly, like she was hurling bricks into the water or something. She didn't like hold a squealing puppy up to the camera, then let out a maniacal laugh and toss the puppy into the water, etc. She had to throw them far enough out so they would clear all those limbs/debris. She even wore a glove. There was a supposed apology from her on Youtube that claimed the puppies were diseased. The apology is likely fake, or not from the actual girl, but you do see her using a latex glove to handle them.

If you want to see real horrors, try to find some video of the way people in many Asian countries prepare dogs, cats, and all other sorts of fuzzy animals for food in those countries. Now THAT is brutal and inhumane IMO. Knocked partially/temporarily unconscious with a wooden stick, then dipped into a vat of boiling hot oil, stripped of their skin down to their muscle, thrown into a cooling/cleaning vat, still alive mind you, and then they drown... and this happens every day.

What I'm trying to say is as humans who have exponential intelligence over animals and we make world way we want it. Bashing monkey brains in is a choice, throwing puppies in river is a choice, leaving people homeless is a choice. etc. If you allow cruelty to exist you will get a cruel world. If you don't it wont be. Course critical mass applies.

That's a lot of what if's and improbable. Everyone likes puppies.

With that said you gotta do what you gotta do but make it as painless as possible. When I wing a quail I rip off their heads to stop the suffering. This Girl OTOH.... who knows how long those dogs suffered.

One who enjoys others suffering is also a sociopath. Don't let this bitch baby sit your children,

Yeah, I agree. It did seem like she enjoyed it a little too much, but then again it could have just been the being on camera thing.
