2) What was said in the other thread to make the Mods want to start handing out vacations? I read through the thread a few days ago (before the Mod warning), and it seemed like typical ATOT behavior 😕
 
$6400 doesn't sound like a lot by way of punishment but I looked up Bosnia's average income - in 2003 it was right around $6300.

I have mixed feelings about penalizing parents for a minor's activities. Sometimes they deserve it for their crappy parenting and lack of supervision, but any person who can smile while throwing puppies in a river has a serious psychopathic streak that even the best parenting in the world isn't going to help with...

Teeny tiny, cute little puppies were involved. If it were about a human getting decapitated by terrorists, then everything would have been OK. Everyone knows this.
 
Is there a thread on the woman who got acid tossed on her face the other day? Jesus...I wouldn't do that to my worse enemy and we've got people doing it to total strangers!
 
Yeah - she has been found but ... where is the internet justice?
I would expect the intertubes to ruin the rest of her life by keeping a watch on her and contacting anybody she ever interacts with about what she did as a teenager.
