Tweak UI problems under Win2k?

Ok, well, under Tweak UI, under the paranoia thingy, i selected so that it would clear the RUN history. However, it doesn't. It does the IE history, but not the run history

I installed "Tweaki....For Power Users", and that prog clears everything except the RUN history

Why is this?? Is there any problem that can do this?? Is there a Win2K Pro setting that I don't see that doesn't enable progz to do this?? Please HELP!!! Thanks

Couldnt you edit the registry ? Im using win98se, so Im not sure about w2k.
