Looking for a decent and cheap PCI tuner card for my PC. Mainly looking for something that I can use as a VCR. Hints or links to reviews appreciated.
 
I've used an Hauppauge WinTV GO for nearly six years. In Windows 98, and now XP Pro. All the bugs have been worked out, and no driver issues at all. And it's cheap. If TV tuner is all you want, this card will do you just fine.
 
the kworld tv terminator card comes with software to record shows right? i've been trying to research tv tuner cards and people are saying most bundled software sucks. in what way do they suck? i'm not looking for tv guides or anything. i would be more than happy to just schedule recordings manually like a vcr. is the bundled software adequate enough?

is my computer up to par to record shows anwyay? i'm running a duron 950mhz with 256MB of ram and an old 16MB banshee video card. thanks in advance!
