ATI Theater 650 Pro is quite good. When I tried it and used it for a week or two (before returning it), the ATI PVR software was very buggy. Hopefully that's been improved with newer versions. HW is definitely one of the best out there.

However, other highly rated options worth considering, that support digital broadcast (ATSC) AND digital cable (QAM) include:

* HD HomeRun (network based dual tuner) - no NTSC (analog) support
* Pinnacle PCTV HD Ultimate USB tuner - AWESOME (own one). driver / PVR installed and run from the USB stick. Allows saving pure digital transport streams to disk (or to the FLASH if you prefer that for whatever reason)
* Avermedia M780 - PCIe based card - one of the very few cards that supports QAM in Vista Media Center through vendor provided workaround.

you guys are talking about this one right?
