TV Tuner Question...

My PC has an Analog/Digital TV Tuner with 3-D Comb Filter...

Does this mean I can bring cable into my PC and watch TV?

If so, do I need a setop box like I do with my regular TVs?

It should be able to do basic cable. But if you want cable with movie channels like HBO and Showtime, you'll need a set top box.

If your card supports Clear QAM and your cable company provides it, that is also another route.

From my understanding to get everything from cable you would want a cable card along with a cable card tuner. Ceton make some pretty cool cards.
