TV tuner issues

Okay, I have a few issues with my tv tuner that I need advice on working around. It's an ATI TV Wonder VE PCI card (oh joy..) and lately it will only show b&w video streams. :/ Also, when I record something with it, the audi and video eventually go out of sync after a certain length of time (happens every time). It doesn't find all available channels either. Any ideas on what to do or if I should replace it with something else?
