TV Tuner Card color problems

My friend gave me a Hauppauge 878 TV Tuner card which I installed and worked fine last night. Tonight, I attempted to use it and now the picture looks like this:

I haven't changed anything between last night when I installed the card and now when I tried to use it again. I tried different programs and driver versions and all yield the same result. Right now I'm using the card on Windows XP SP 2 with FFDShow as my video codec. Is it possible the card's gone bad? It seems to be a rather old card so I wouldn't doubt it.
 
I've tried just about every driver version I can find for the card and I tried both the coaxial and composite inputs on the card.
 
Yeah, it looks screwed. You could try another PCI slot and you could try re attaching the TV cable to it.
