TV sucks, need more channels, best deal?

I have basic cable with about 50 channels. I'm sick of having nothing to watch but Cartoon Network and Comedy Central.

I need a good deal on something better. Maybe something that comes with a DVR.

I need to use it in 3 rooms, soo maybe a package like that would work.
