Which of our suggestions have you picked so far?

I already had the following TV shows in my queue:

The Job: Complete Series
Profit
Foyle's War
Wiseguy: Prey For The City
Penn & Teller Bullsh!t season 2
The Wire Season 2 (pending its release)
Deadwood Season 2 (pending its release)
Sleeper Cell (pending its release)

Based on this thread I have added:

Firefly
Taken
Dead Like Me
Arrested Development
Lost Season 1
Alias Season 1

You really need West Wing Season 1-4 in that list if you haven't already seen them. Just add the first disc of season 1 - you give it a shot and I have no doubt you'll want to watch the rest.

FWIW, that's why I started my Hollywood Video MVP membership. I just couldn't wait for the discs to arrive from Netflix, I watched them too fast.

i think season 5 is out now on dvd, i went through the first 4 in a couple of weeks iirc. ive missed most of 6 and 7 and am tempted to find other means rather than waiting god knows how long for them to come out on dvd

edit: i have 129 dvds in my queue now :Q

TV on DVD for me has to be comedies that i can watch over and over again

Seinfeld
Curb Your Enthusiasm
Friends

I highly recommend 'Rome', great great show, and of course Babylon 5 if no one else mentioned it (didn't read the whole thread sorry)

The reason I left out 5 was not because I didn't think it was out on DVD. 😉 The show went downhill after Aaron Sorkin quit.

Quincy is the next series I will be getting on DVD.

I have the whole DVD collection of Robotech: Remastered. Its simply amazing to see it restored and 5.1 surround.
