TV Show on Hard Drive to a VHS Tape

How do I transfer a TV Show I recorded onto my computer hard drive to a VHS Tape please ?(Including video and sound)

I know VHS tapes are old but the car only has a portable tv and vhs player.

P.S. I just realized I posted it in the wrong forum. Please move. Thanks.

Shouldn't be too hard. Just get a headphone to RCA cable, plug your speaker out into the red and white audio on the vcr.

Thats what I tried once but I didn't get sound through the tv at all.

Head down to radio shack, I bet they have an adaptor that will let your soundcards line be converted to RCA or whatever those jacks on the back of a VCR are called.

I got the cable but after its hooked up I can hear the sound but its very low even at high volume.

Is there something wrong or is this how it suppose to be?

Make sure the volume of the line-out is unmuted and turned up in your volume controls. If that doesn't fix it, you might have better luck hooking it up to the regular 'speaker' outputs rather than the lineout.
