Is it possible to hook it up to my TV without a "box?"

I have the scrambler, but I'm gonna have a hella hard time finding a cable box to hook it up to.

Will it just descramble the signal from my cable modem line to the scrambler to the tv?
 
Unless you have theft of services in mind, call your cable company and they will take care of this kind of problem for you.
