First time I remember this was on the TV show "Bewitched", they changed Darrins, how strange, like a kid wasn't supposed to notice this?! Then early on in the Seinfeld TV series, Jerry had a different dad. The other night I noticed they are using a different anesthesiologist on Nip/Tuck.. has the other one been abducted or something?

Any more that you know of? What's up with the TV folk?
 
well in the case of bewitched the first darren (dick york) killed himself, so i dont think the producers of the show had much of a choice.

 
You idiot, he didn't kill himself, he was having extreme back pain til the point that he couldn't work. Thats the reason why they switched.

From the end of SG-1 Season 7 to the beginning of season 8 and Atlantis the actress changed.

Yeah.. Jessica Steen -> Torri Higginson

Jessica Steen was only in SG-1 for 2 episodes though.
 
They changed faceman in the Ateam between the pilot and the other episodes. Im glad, I think it was a good change 😀

They also changed the mom in Family Matters in like the last season.
 
The son on Grace Under Fire (anyone else remember this?).

Midseason, the kid goes from 12 to 17. One episode he thinks girls are icky, the next he's addicted to cocaine. Guess the "12 year old boy plots" well ran dry, and they needed new material.
