when i use TV-out on my computer, when i see the screen on the TV, the picture is not centered. I have an Elsa Gladiac GeForce2 GTS with a video module. how do i center the picture?
 
Usually a card with TV out will have some sort of setup in the Control Panel. In this setup, you can use the given directional pad to adjust the display of the image to you liking.

From my experience with nvidia, this TV out tool is under Control Panel-->Display-->Settings-->TV-OUT (TAB at top).
