I have a 9700 Pro and I am trying to get TV-OUT to work. I have it hooked into an RF Modulator because the TV in my room doesn't have S-VIDEO. In the videocard settings, it doesn't detect my TV (or modulator) and when I try to force it, it still doesn't recognize it. Does anyone know what else there is to do to make it work?
