I'm using a JATON VIDEO-118PCI-64DDR-TV 64-bit DDR PCI Video Card. I'm using the latest Nvidia video drivers 97.28. The video out is to a Sony Wega 32" SDTV by an S-video connection. In Windows XP, the screen is smaller than the screen on the TV, there is more black space (~1" on each side) around the desktop. Adjustments made to the screen size in the Nvidia control panel do not seem to make any difference, although it will move around the screen, just not increase in size.
Using TVTool, it will enable full screen. TVTool is no longer maintained, and has a message after 15 minutes to register, but I don't think they are accepting registrations anymore.
Any ideas on another way to get full screen without using TVtool?
