TV out question

I've got an old system that I plan on using for playing divx movies on my home theater. The problem is that it's not quite fast enough, but I am planning on upgrading it......my question is this: what is the best video card to get for strictly tv-out use? I need one that will start up in tv mode and provide good enough graphics to make watching divx movies on it fun. I want to upgrade to like a cheap duron mb with a 800 or 900 (currently have a pII 266), and I have 256 MB of memory to use - I know that my old card will be a bottle neck, but will it be too much of a bottleneck? It's an old STB Velovity 4400, Riva TNT chip. That one has a great TV-out, but I don't know if it'll run on a new, much faster system like that. Any opinions?

You can try the card you have, it might be OK. Or else for cheap the ATI Rage Fury Pro 32MB AGP ViVo has good TV-out for about $50, if you can find it. Or a lesser Radeon w/TV-out would also be a good choice for a little more money.
