tv out question

I havent used tv-out in a very long time and I am just wondering what I can do to hook up an old 633 machine to my television. I want to be able to surf the internet on the tv from the comfort of my couch. The specs on the system are

633 celeron, 196mb memory, onboard video, cdrom, floppy, 10gb seagate

I figured I would need a wireless keyboard and a tv-out pci video card (no agp :-( )... my questions are.

If I set the output to tv-out, and I restart the computer, when I restart will it still be set to output to the tv?

also, how does tv-out look on the tv? (I have a panasonic 27" flat screen)

which resolution would I use?

last but not least... if I get a wireless keyboard mouse combo... do they make ones that have a mouse built in to the keyboard? There is really no place to put a mousepad...

Thanks for any help you can provide!

the picture looks ok. good for movies, horrible for text. I have heard Matrox cards are very good for the type of thing though- Anubis or M4H likes them.
