TV Out Problems

I have a WinFast GeForce MX200 w/ S-Video out. I want to use the TV-out to clone my desktop on to the TV. I'm able to do this, but the problem is, the desktop either extends past the edges of the TV or it doesn't fill up the TV. The two available resolutions for the TV are 800x600 and 640x480. I believe the correct resolution is 720x576, but once I choose to use nView, that resolution becomse unavailable. What do I do?

I believe TV Tool has some features to help with overscan - so you may want to start with that. Powerstip lets you adjust resolutions and tweak timings on the fly.
