Ok, heres the dealy... I've got a small little computer that's got a voodoo3000 tv in it, so I can hook it up to my TV (obviously) however, the quality royally sucks... text is quite blurry, even when using svideo. anyone got any ideas as to what card I could get that could drastically improve the quality, for not a lot of money?

hmm, thats a little more than I wanted to spend though... i was looking at sub 100 range. No need to game with it, I've only got a celery 333 in the box that it's going in, though I may be upgrading that to a whopping p2-450. haha

I noticed that you said the text is blurry when using tv-out. You aren't going to get good tv output from any card or tv really cause of the resolution of most tv sets. Even if you went to HDTV and S-vid or Component out you will still not get the high quality text or picture that you do out of your monitor cause of the max resolution of the output device.

My suggestion is to just use TV-out to play games and watch movies but for any 2d work with text and graphic work, use a good quality monitor. HDTV may help and I see that some new sets have a DVI interface now but the quality will still not be up to what you would like.

I knew it wouldnt be monitor quality, but I just kinda hoped for something that was readable.... as of right now, Its almost impossible to make out anything on the screen... oh well, I guess I'll just keep the card and suffer ;)
