TV-Out help

Hi, I'm completely new to this so this might seem really stupid.

Anyway I have an ATI Radeon 9800pro with TV-Out and was wondering how to use this. I know what it is and used for but I don't know what I need to do in order to use it. Do I need certain cables or something?
