Tv Out Help needed

I have a asus a7v deluxe video card. And I'm tring to watch dvd on my tv from my pc's dvd player. I'm using a radio shack RF Modulator which has a video in, audio in, ant in, and to tv. I'm pretty sure I have it hooked up right? I'm using my composite output on my video card but when I try it on my tv all I get is a black screen.
Thanks for any help or ideas.
 

If you go into display properties, click on the settings tab, and click on advanced, is there a section anywhere for enabling TV out? I know on the ATI video cards, you need to enable TV out first before you can actually use it.
 
There is an option there for tv but its grayed out?? I'm using the 2181 drivers from nvidia. I wounder if I would have to use drives from asus?
