TV Boxes (Streaming)

There are a LOT of options. What do you want to stream? Local network files, online souces like netflix, both? What resolution?

Nvidia Shield is probably the best out there right now. The Wetek Core was also just/almost released. I recommend the Shield for its versatility and no hassle setup. It has an IR sensor built in, so that's an added plus if you have a configurable remote like a Harmony.
 
I just assumed they all stream internet files. The ones I heard about stream video sources directly off the internet. The 'demo' I saw showed all kinds of selections from across the internet.

And what resolutions are available, and which would be the best?
