Turtle Beach Catalina

So i stopped by frys today and was looking around and i found a turtle beach catalina for 37 dollars, needless to say i purchased it not knowing much about it but by basing it on thei quality of the santa cruz. However, now after reading some reviews, the little which i could find, no one seemed to impress. Anyone here have this card that can comment on it or a decent review of it would be appreciated, thanks.
EDIT: My current soundcard is a Maddog 4.1 prowler that was FAR but crap IMO, it wont even run 4 channels for me.
 
Are you personally happy with it? I am sure it is worthy of the price you paid for it. And if you are happy with it, then I am sure no one needs to reassure you. I am confident that it is 10x better than my crackling Realtek AC'97 onboard sound.
