Turok

I still play the original Turok: Dinosaur Hunter and Turok 2: Seeds of Evil, occasionally, and I still like them a lot (PC versions of course). I don't have any Consoles, but I'm just curious. I'd like to know what you guys think of it, especially those who already experienced the almighty series on the N64 back in the days. Is it any good?

The demo was so so. I can't be that great. I saw used copies in Gamestop four days after release (Tuesday to Saturday).

I think I mostly remember really cool weapons. I don't know if I ever really played through the single player on one of them to the end, probably not. Just had a friend that used cheats to get even the super secret weapon they usually had that basically nuked everything.

It's almost universally regarded as being woefully mediocre. All the guns are boring and the game is all about stabbing.
