There really isn't much to look forward to after 30. Maybe 65 for retirement and possibly prostate cancer but that's about it.

I know suicide is not the answer. But I thought about getting a divorce and buying a covertible the other day, so the mid-life crisis thing can't be too far off :p ;)
Well, maybe work on the marriage . . . I woundn't involve my self in anything "covertable". :D

BTW, all supplements are not created equal.

ANd I'd say EXERCISE is the fountain of youth as long as you get proper nutrition and rest.

Heck, I'm really looking forward to 51 . . . 60 . . . 70 and who knows?

BTW, just saw David Bowie on Letterman . . . (don't know if it was taped earlier this year) . . . that guy has tapped into 'something' and he is older than me.

EDIT: I guess my mid life "crisis" was 11 years ago (age 39/40when I moved to North Shore, Oahu and started surfing Big Pipeline (became a surf reporter and Radio DJ). A serious accident cut short my big wave surfing.

Then I got fat and depressed - until THIS may. NOW, I am in better shape then when I was surfing 10 years ago!

David Bowie - lol

That guy is older than God, but he does look remarkably well preserved. He must use the same guy Lenin does. ;)

I turned 29 last week, and am too dreading the big 3-0. But the way I see it is, you can't stop aging. It's inevitable, so why worry about it? I don't want to turn 40, and be pissed off that I wasted my 30's worrying about age. I only have a few years of (relative) youth left, and I'm going to enjoy them. Here's my thought for the day: today is the youngest you'll be for the rest of your life....enjoy it.

Besides, I think about the crap I wasted my time with between 18-25, and see how stupid 18-25 year olds are today (no offense, youngsters), and I wouldn't want to be that age again.

Be glad you were able to keep your hair as long as you did...there are people who would love to not go bald until 30...

I hear ya..

I'm turning 35 early next month, and while I'm not overweight and not losing my hair and still look young, I have found the occasional unmistakable sign of aging... Like growing hair on my back, for example. While I by no means look anything remotely like Ron Jeremy, it's there, and it's something I never really noticed before.

Yea, hopefully in 21 years when I turn 40, they find a better way of doing that ;)
