BTW, all supplements are not created equal. ANd I'd say EXERCISE is the fountain of youth as long as you get proper nutrition and rest. Heck, I'm really looking forward to 51 . . . 60 . . . 70 and who knows? BTW, just saw David Bowie on Letterman . . . (don't know if it was taped earlier this year) . . . that guy has tapped into 'something' and he is older than me.
