I haven't tried the software hack, but the simple hardware mod works great, and there is no performance hit at all. In fact, it may have actually improved performance. Most people complain about Win ME performance, but this card, with the mod, scores the highest benchmarks in my CPU range, than nearly every other system.

I tried it. Couldnt get it working.

Is it GTS -> Quadro2 PRO or2 Quadro MXR?
I think it is PRO since MXR is basically a MX

I tried patching my drivers, then reinstalling both the Quadro2 PRo and GTS. Both doesnt work for some reason. It is still being recogised as GTS.
