Correction: hysterectomy is removal of the uterus. Oophorectomy is removal of the ovaries.

Hysterectomy + Oophorectomy is removal of the uterus + ovaries.

Salpingo-Oophorectomy is removal of one or both fallopian tubes + ovaries.

Hysterectomy with Salpingo-Oophorectomy is also known as spring cleaning.
