Turn on ATX PS withough connecting to MB

Does anyone know how to modify an ATX PS to turn on without connecting it to the motherboard. Kinda like make an on/off switch.

Here you go

There are cheap (under $10) devices out there that connect to the ATX power connector for you & turn it into a convenient power button. But that's the way you do it.

i don't want to plug the ATX into my board. I already have one PS connected to my Motherboard. I have another ATX PS and i want it to turn on like an AT PS.
