TurkOC flashed - new question

Hi-
I tried to flash this TurkOC Bios. I have Windows 2000, so I booted to safe mode command line only. I put a floppy in the drive with AWFL788.exe, TurkOC.bat, and KK266TOC.BIN. Then I typed in TurkOC, it gave me a screen that wanted a program name, but I couldn't type one in because I got booted back to the DOS prompt with the error message

Fail - Due to EMM386 or QEMM!

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks to the two guys below I got this fixed. I have a new question now.

What new settings are available to me and how do I best take advantage of them?

Thanks

you could also find a win98 computer and make a boot disk from the add/remove programs control panel. it's always worked great for me.
