Turkey - it's what's for dinner

Yeah, I deep fried one a few years ago for Thanksgiving. I kinda ruined it though. I was afraid to turn the gas up too high and the oil simply wasn't hot enough at first (or rather, it cooled down too much). I might try again next year. All but one of my turkeys died this year. But, next spring, I'm planning on increasing the turkey flock and raising 3 or 4 different breeds of turkeys. (Royal Palm, which I have, plus 1 or 2 other "rare" breeds, and I've gotta beat the old record and get a turkey up to 60 pounds this time.)

So what *CAN* I order from you this season? Any more pork going to slaughter? Or is 2009 looking more realistic?

I ask this every year. :)
