Well the MT uses 25W, while the ML uses 35W. I'm trying to build a HTPC, I'll be better off with the MT or the ML. I was thinking the MT because less heat and power consumption. What do you guys think?
 
Um, yes?

It seems like you're asking a common sense question.

And they don't "use" 25W/35W; they dissipate 25W or 35W of heat at maximum.

Both are very cool running compared to normal desktop CPU's, so if budget is an issue the ML will work fine.
