Tuniq fan question

First build. 4300/S3/Tuniq/GSkillHZ/WDCaviar/Corsair620.

Centurion 5 case with 80mm front, 120mm back, Tuniq fan. I installed the Tuniq controller, but I am not sure if it is better to let the MB control it, or the use the controller. I have slots for system fan and cpu fan. Cpu fan to Tuniq, and forget the controller, or???
Argh!!! I got it all together after buying parts patiently for five months and I lose my marbles!

HAD TO TURN IT ON!!!

So you can use the computers fan controller to control it in low/high mode, and have the tuniq's controller kinda set the speed of those 2 modes.

Just set the Tuniq knob all the way up. The fan is not that loud and you will probably not even notice it.

Are you kidding me? The fan is extremely loud at full speed. I have my knob turned all the way down, but i still get good temps and a 3.2 ghz overclock on my E6400.
