Tuner card install issue?

Just swapped my MB out for a newer one and reloaded all my hardware and XP. Everything installed fine and is working correctly. Task menu show tuner card as ready to remove? (Like when your removing a USB flash drive) Cannot figure out why its doing this? Any one see anything like this? It actually removes the ATIStream driver if I remeber correctly(wrote down what it was uninstalling but forgot it at home :frown🙂

Asus P4C800 E-Deluxe
P4 3.2 Northwood
BFG 6800 GT
4 gigs of Corsair
SB Audigy 2 ZS
ATI TV Wonder Elite
Zalman 9500
Antec 900

Any help is appreciated!

Found the issue! ATI's newest driver release has a bug in it. Reinstalling to the previous driver is the only way to fix the issue! HA!
