post workout you want something that goes straight into ur blood stream, hence powder mixed with water. or milk, cuz u need sugars and high gi carbs

tuna is linked to autism, so i dont fvck too much with it

If you are a woman and not done haveing kids you should never eat fish of any kind. If you are done having kids then have all the tuna you want, unless you plan to live forever.
