I've been getting serious about lifting and trying to build muscle, so I try to eat a tuna fish sandwich everyday for lunch using a whole can of tuna. Great protein.

My diet is actually really simple, as far as prepared foods go.

Eggs and oatmeal in the morning.
Tuna fish sandwich for lunch with some fruit
Chicken breast, brown rice and vegetables for dinner.

In between I supplement with meal replacement shakes.

Just be careful. Diets like that are so damn boring it's very easy to stray away. And you usually don't wind up supplementing with very healthy choices.

i'll make mac & cheese and put a can of tuna in when i add the milk, butter and 'cheese' powder.
its like a tuna melt, its not too bad.

Me too,yummy.
Although when I prep it this way I don't put ketchup on my Mac and Cheese.
When the Mac & Cheese is without tuna, it's ketchup time!!!

It hasn't been that long for me, because I've occasionally eaten some on accident. I wish it had been 20 years, though.

I always added the tuna right after it was done being cooked.

I dont do the mayo thing either, but a bit of mustard or lemon juice or cheese or something to make it less dry is always nice. tuna is good!

I eat a lot of fish, including Tuna. I prefer to only eat the Albicore Tuna. I also purchase it at either Sams or Costco. Not all the Albicore tuna tastes the same. Try different brands and you will notice a slightly different taste. I prefer Star Kist. I also prefer my Tuna in oil instead of water. Obviously just my preference. I many times just open a can and eat it down. YUM! If I have time, a bed of torn lettace and perhaps some thousand island dressing.

Pretty much the only tuna I eat is Genova Tonno Tuna. It's yellowfin tuna packed in olive oil, and it's out of this world. Check the reviews at Amazon, people pretty much live by this stuff. I know they sell it at Trader Joe's so if you have one nearby pick up a couple cans, you wont be disappointed.
