As long as the canned tuna is in some type of oil, it is fine with me because I don't like canned tuna in spring water at all.

i've never had the tuna in oil before. I will have to try it next time with olive oil and balsamic vinegar

now way what you buy in a can is like sashimi. it's got to be cooked.

but it's interesting how the cheap tuna tastes like well, cheap tuna,
whereas some canned tuna is pretty good.
