Tuna fish + potato bread

Sounds good. I like to put chopped Vidalia onions in my tuna, and have it on either Martin's potato bread, or make a tuna melt on a english muffin.

A can of tuna has ~33 grams of protein and only 150 calories. That is why I'm willing to eat it despite the fact that it does not taste particularly good IMO. Even if you put a huge amount of miracle whip light in it, it is still under 200 calories.

nah a neat and healthy trick to eliminate that fishy taste is to mix the tuna with a low fat ranch salad dressing, add a tablespoon or regular relish to it or some B & G sandwich toppers chopped hot peppers or some of those banana peppers. Adds a nice taste without adding fat and calories.

QFT. Get Solid White Albacore and you are good to go. I actually found that store bought brands in my area are better than all the name brands as well.
