Kinda disappointing overall, but it works good. Voltage is limited to the 1.675 setting for a max of 1.71v. This MSI board did the same with a cDO Celeron 800, it would not boot over 1.80v. When using the wire trick I get up to 1.80v in the bios, but any setting over 1.675v results in a no post. Without the wire trick I get 1.475 default and 1.675v in the
bios which it allows me to use, but I would get a reboot hang issue. The wire trick solved this and now it is running 1430MHz rock stable, 1.71v at 38c under full load. The sad thing is I could easily get more speed out of this thing with more voltage, I would estimate 1500-1530Mhz at 1.775 to 1.80v.
Thanks for the cpu oldfart, it was a very good deal at $50! I might even get my wife a different motherboard and shoot for 1550MHz or so.

I have an MSI 694T Pro (MS-6309). My board also doesn't POST when boosting voltage and FSB on a CPU that OCs well on other boards. I just got it from Newegg ($63) and am disappointed.

Glad it worked out for ya. Its hard to say what the best Tualeron board is at this time. They all seem to have their ups and downs. The one I'm using may be it. The Gigabyte GA6OXET allows up to 1.825 Vcore, which is an awful lot for a 1.475 CPU IMHO. As with any of them, you still need to wire trick it. I would just be happy with the 1.4+ GHz. That's a pretty decent overclock.
