I have an old Abit BE6-II Intel BX440 based board.
I've found this:

Is it possible to run Tualatin core on Intel BX440 chipset just by having FCPGA adapter that has 133MHz and 1.5V settings?

Yes, as long as the slotket support Tualatin CPUs, which some don't, you should be good. You should be able to find a cheap Tualatin and slotket on ebay or here on AT's for sale forum.

It would be advisable to stick with tualatin celerons as their fsb is 100mhz. I used an upgradeware slotket and 1.1ghz tualatin celeron on that exact ABIT board at one time. A relative still has that powerleap setup with a 1.3ghz tualatin working fine in a 440bx based hp system, and another relative has an upgradeware slotket with a 1.2ghz tualatin celeron also still working fine in a dell optiplex gx1 440bx based system.

Slotkets are getting hard to find. Some of them didn't work well. See if you can find an IWill.
